It’s unbelievable that 3 weeks have already passed and it’s coming into the 4th week of Semester 2 now! Time doesn’t seem to wait considering that I am trying to make the most out of my final semester at Uni. The Annual General Meeting takes place on Wednesday 13th August in the Atrium Round Room. Back on to the social side of things, the recent weather might have certainly put a downer on many a social plans, but to the hardcore of us out there it’s just another reason to use a venue as a safety outlet to ride the storm out.

House Arrest
25th July
I missed out the start of House Arrest but it was definitely a cranking event. Everything that’s been said about it in the past can be said here too, the DJs, the $3 House Spirits, music, crowd just create the perfect recipe for a good night.

1st August
Regardless of the weather, this was still a decent night, although the dance floor has had some better nights. It was just what was needed for a change a night of dirty hip hop and Rnb. The MC’s were on point with their performance too, especially the Syndicate!
Hmm next big event coming is up AUGUST 23rd – ANNUAL STUDENT BALL!!! It’s at the Atrium Round Room, which should be an easy venue to be accessible for many, backed up with a funky 80’s theme to it! So it won’t be your traditional formal ball with flashy gowns and tux’s, and slow jams to fade the night away. Expecting it to be a good night with a lot of entertainment! There’s definitely a lot under the wraps for this night!
