A mini setback and I’m back on track, (my assignments aren’t quite and I seem to have a lack of that inspiration required to get into the grind mode of assignments).

I didn’t even realize it was Daylight savings yesterday and was almost running an hour behind on my schedule, I felt a bit lost really, as it was the first time this had occurred to me in my lifetime in New Zealand; everyone was running an hour forward and I was running an hour behind, lucky it was a beautiful Sunday because all that was left to do was to fix all my small, medium and big clocks and pull a sheet up on the deck and bathe in the sunshine.

Now I know the thought of the final set of assignments and exams might be creeping up for many but put that thought aside for a few minutes and get involved in these upcoming

Halloween Night 17th October

This is set to be a pretty good night. Not only is it the Halloween party, so be sure to get your Halloween costumes sorted but it is also the ASA Prize giving night for volunteers that have helped out throughout the year with all aspects of the ASA, Clubs, Sports etc you name it. Will definitely be a good night as it always is.

This is IT – THE LAST official Evolution Bar function, as the bar will be closing at the end of the year and the new Ferguson Bar opening in 2009 on the West Precinct. This is a thank you party for all those fantastic people who have helped ASA over the year including Class Reps, Campus Arts volunteers and a last farewell for Evo Bar from those who loved it most. Oh the memories.
