Well, it’s another week at Massey Albany and I hope that you are all enjoying the semester so far as I have. Thanks to all of you that came and ate my pizza for me, lactose intolerance sucks and you got rid of it before I even got cravings, so well done. On a more serious note, thanks for coming to the AGM.

The ball last Saturday has ranked itself high up on the best night on the ASA list ever for me. Lots of fun and a lot of alcohol… As I’m pretty sure most of the people that went had a 1-2 day hang over. Just remember that alcohol is not the cure for a hangover! Hope you all enjoyed yourself and look forward to the next one like I am.

Mensfest went well and I’m hoping that you all enjoyed the free sausages and the general merriment that went down. And for all the female students, don’t worry, Helen has told me that her event is going to be better.

Well, it’s my first semester in The AVP role and I’m enjoying it, even getting to play sit- in Pres while el pres Rawa had le swines. 

Don’t worry though,  I took precautions as to not contract anything, however the ASA office is down one face mask.

Just to let you guys and girls out there know that the nominations for the general elections 2009 are open as of today. Yes, if you wanna be on the 2010 exec then head to the atrium office and get a nomination form.

Hope you all enjoy the rest of your semester 2, and remember to keep your heads down bums up… And alcohol in the cupboard till Thursday night each week.
