Chairs all around as students participate in design fair.

Third year design student Bruce Walls recently presented his self designed chair in one of the worlds most prestigious international furnishing shows.

Walls, alongside fellow Massey student Daniel Kempka, was one of the first New Zealanders invited to exhibit his biodegradable chair, which he created as a project during his second year at Massey, at the imm furnishing show, held annually in Cologne, Germany.

The imm Cologne Design Fair, an event which prides itself on displaying the work of promising up-and-coming young designers.

The fair aims to target design specialists including international furniture and furnishing specialist traders, interior designers, architects, planners and interior decorators in the hopes of providing those who display their designs with the opportunity to further develop their ideas

Walls is immensely proud to have been a part of this event.
